You'd think he'd get tired of it. But he loves attention, and like a small child, he doesn't really care what kind of attention it is.

The White House is always insular. Presidents are surrounded by people who never stop telling them how wonderful they are, and make excuses for every criticism. Some presidents make an effort to read and understand that criticism. Trump isn't one of them.
