perfectly stated loop..are management team sucks and it starts with the ceo and the board must be replaced as well if they can't see it and wont make the necessary changes. I am sick of waiting for the next news event to hopefully come out near an earnings report or the ASM only to be disappointed when nothing happens. This ceo has shown to be more less active than proactive and way to vague and secretive as what they will say to analysts and shareholders. They do seem pretty open about giving themselves bonuses at every opportunity. I know we don't know whats going on behind the scenes but I really have to think that why doesn't anyone wish to buy this company if everything is so great according to merritt. I truly believe that idcc has great potential like never before its time for new leadership to make this company great to its full potential
