Forget it, mat! Safety devices have always been sold/installed because of man's own incompetency to do the task correctly. And why do you think that some kids have been left in buses? Because the driver failed to check the entire bus. Politics, being as they are, will demand such devices as Kiddie Systems be placed on buses to cover for man's inability to do the task correctly. It's ignorance like your's that compromises people's safety.
