He discusses customized and varied pricing for services dependin on what the Customer needs are and how which way they want pricing to be making it Great for the customer, but that maybe just on ProductID, for the Enterprise.
Lots of good stuff in the Interview, it's Audio and Text.. Dated but good nice to know stuff to know.. Like even back then in 2013 it was said :
