BP would not be impressed by the averaged results, which include non-responders - but by the responders.
I agree the full group results are not impressive but this flies in the face of their boot strap statistics...which I really think needs more explaining by the company.
The sub-group "responders" are intriguing. I agree if they can really show something very long term it could become very important. Though, I think they are pretty far from that at this point given the unimpressive full group (some doing worse than their average placebo group type of results) and with some expected to do better with just normal variation of response. Time will tell.
