15 month MMSE predictions
It will be very interesting to see to what degree if any A2-73 provides stabilization in the MMSE measure at 15 months. What do people predict it will be in terms of decrease from baseline?
As a reference, the MMSE for patients on A2-73 had decreased 2 points at 57 weeks and the reference AVXL uses for their historical control says that 15 month decline on placebo should be in the -2.55 to -2.7 range (worst case/best case model from the figure below)
AVXL reported bootstrap analysis from the 57 week data showed a 1.8 point MMSE improvement relative to this historical control. What will the number be this time?...PREDICTIONS?
