If they did make recreational possession of marijuana federally legal though they could and would I imagine, still make a cradle: law of the land to accompany it.
They could say 'okay, it's still up to the states, but you have to do this- or you have to do that'
Maybe that's what they'll do....hard to say...or not. My guy says no, not happening.
