Ok so it is not another 20% dilution it is the finishing off of $50,000,000 equity purchase agreement..
How much money have we already gotten from Lincoln?
We have 21,000,000 cash..We are probably at least at 30,000,000 off line of equity.. I will look.. to get another 20,000,000 out takes approx another 4,000,000 shares..so add 10% not 20% to maintain position..
The company HAS to do something to PROTect US from SCavengers..He'll Yes on Preferred and Shareholder Rights!
