Going from zero to something is nice but not impressive. Especially if the funds are not long term holders.

Regardless, if Missling can't ink a deal and/ or start phase 3, the market will lose confidence. If the business plan has changed, and the phase 3 is on hold for retts or whatever, then that is a different story, though I suspect the market won't appreciate it.
