It should be fine for everything
Since I do not use the US health system I approached who knows it ... and "transfer" the message.
I am not the adequate person for this discussion / dispute, but my interpretation: indifferent "what is" Express-Scripts and especially since it is not an insurance company ... V card depends on the insurance Co (if my interpretation is correct) and ES could not (?) overwrite the insurance Co. approach / policy.
They will discuss it "face to face" I gave the contact number to N-.
