As I see this year trend (catch up at the beginning of the year) is stronger than last year, especially for NRx. If Refill will be the same (or better since could be) as / than in last year we could see a really nice TRx around end of Q1 / beginning of Q2.

If R-IT will be stopped at 2nd IA, the Co could be CF positive immediatelly at bottom (bottom) line, isn't just on operational level.
