This is s must read for longs.
Quick notes:
"During the extension phase, they were titrated to the maximum tolerated dose; 14 mg was the minimum dose necessary to achieve a therapeutic effect and keep the MMSE stable." Keywords " during". Doesn't say when.. but they tried to stop the "underdosing" at some point during the extension.. ( no patients should be underdosed now...unless can not tolerate).
Also I said no patients pulled due to adverse reactions .. which is true,.. but three patients withdrew because they could not tolerate .. not same thing as reaction.. but this medicine does have a little kick.. which is bad for the three.. but again confirms that our medicine is ACTIVE..
