Do we still retain equity in ITL?

NOPE...Despite Seth Shaw's claims of IGNORANCE, the 9% ITL stake was sold for $120,000! The sale was NEVER made public via an SEC Form 8-K! It appears this was just one more of TAUG's questionable decisions to "decide" what might be "MATERIAL" for the investors! Of course Seth Shaw claimed the 9% stake, which he negotiated, was WORTHLESS!

Seth Shaw looks to be not only a crappy negotiator, but he has NO CLUE about asset valuations and actually running a real live business enterprise!
