Good luck with that suit... Based on the actions of Berman, DECN and the BOD I think you would be hard pressed to find any libel. In fact, I think that TAUG has a great case against Berman and the DECN Board.

By the way, can you ask Berman if he called Seth and wanted shares in TAUG last weekend? LOL

The internet stalking is funny to. Looks like people from all walks like to correct Berman's pal and DECN's misrepresentations online. Look at all the money DECN has lost investors, i can't see why most people would not consider Berman a dirtbag. The list is long of sketchy of Berman's bad conduct. As he is the face of DECN, he should face the music.

TAUG may end up with a windfall from this.
