Looks like DECN is admitting those text messages were true.. Johnson and Johnson should have a field day in discovery.


If there were case in which this mattered it may be relevant. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on which side you sit, even if this were true it would have absolutely no bearing in a patent case between two completely separate companies that have nothing to do with TAUG or Seth.
