I went to the San Luis City Council website you shared, and went in and viewed the Resolution #1170, as well as the 20 page Agreement that Ron shared with the council on December 14th. Have any of you read the whole agreement? It seems very detailed as to what he's planning to do and how to do it. Including the installation of new streets, power lines, and the wells to be used for pumping the water and/or use of city wastewater.
It seems very detailed for something that's not moving forward. I do think that Ron is failing by not sharing this info himself through the company's fb page, website or mass Press Release. Is it because he cant, doesn't know how or just doesn't have the staff to do it for him?
Is there any way of verifying that it got signed and approved, in the same way the Resolution did? What are your thoughts on the 20 page agreement?
