1. ABT was aiming to show non-inferiority (not superiority) on HbA1c, as far as I know.

2. ABT does not disclose pricing on specific products, but Freestyle Libre's price probably varies widely from country to country. The prospective US price has probably been estimated by sell-side analysts, but the product is still under FDA review.
