truthbetold- as I think you know I as well as many others feel the frustration and anger about what has happened. I would encourage you to channel it in a way that actually may help you feel better.

If you will indulge me... my thoughts right now are:
do everything I can to support our E.C. and attorneys in rendering the best results on our behalf. I read everything i can related to our case and scour the web looking for information and surprisingly have stumbled on things that I like to believe helped in some small way

patiently wait for the outcome of this case and hope this judge or subsequent judge rule in our favor (or a settlement occurs)

Last but not least...believe me IMSC mgmt is on my mind often however they have taken a back seat to the more important issue at hand which is trying to get back the shirts we all lost this Fall on this investment.

I'm not making some hollow threats of lawsuits etc...but know that once this part (Ch 11) is through and hopefully evidence is shared with us about the facts involving our Mgmt/BOD I will be refocusing my energy on finding the proper channels to do whatever is possible to make sure justice is served. IN a situation like this it's not like taking on a huge corporation. These are a few individuals and if they committed crimes you can be a squeaky wheel and at minimum cause a fair amount of discomfort in their world as a result. Frankly I'm hoping that the thread of PP and DMRJ will eventually lead the SEC/FBI down the road to Wilmington.
Anyone notice that none of the for IMSC Execs have changed their professional profiles to reflect L3 as their employer? Not a single one! not earth shattering but I find that curious.
