I won't venture a guess. I don't want to guess too low and have anyone think that's what it would take to satisfy me.

The only thing that makes me satisfied, is having 100% of all proceeds, from this ill conceived and illegitimate sale to L-3, go directly to shareholders.

If there is a legitimate claim from a materials vendor, or the like... that's fine. Otherwise, all proceeds should go to shareholders.

Implant Sciences corrupt management and lender should not receive a penny. Strip them of their stock, no CIC, no bonus, no proceeds from the sale to them. They deserve jail time, not money for what they did.

I know that's not what you asked, but it gave me yet another chance to express my disgust for these crooks.
