Following Kay's statements over the past few Months.

Paraphrasing:

1st) We won't file anymore Lawsuits Until we get a Settlement.

2) We are Filing 3 (4 ?) Suits in February and a new Law Firm, which was suppose to be Benificial.

Sure Sounds like something Changed to me. Like at least one Settlement was on the table.

Been thinking along those line since #2 was stated.
