You might want to check your facts. Looks like DECN is really getting desperate.

Seems to me texts messages from Bozo Berman stated he resigned because Seth would not do a merger with DECN, and the reasons were because of a poor structure. questions about DECN's financials and lack of transparency as well as differences as to how to proceed with the lawsuit.

If I remember correctly Berman wanted Seth to screw the TAUG shareholders and settle the lawsuit, I think Bozo Berman offered to give 100% of the proceeds to of the lawsuit as some sort of a bonus to Seth.

If I recall correctly Berman did not notify shareholders of DECN through SEC filings of the accounting issues, and continued to issue press releases and filings stating DECN was uplisting which were misrepresentations.

Looks like the ex BOD member of TAUG is going to be in some really deep C**p.

TAUG is not responsible for the mess DECN is in...including misrepresenting that they have an office in PA
