I'll give it a 50/50 chance of going that low. There is so much up in the air about the company. I see posts on other boards about the 106M shares including the 25M for Novalere but I don't think it included the 12.5M shares and certainly not the last go around. I'm still sticking with 140-150M shares outstanding but it won't show up in the Q4 or 10K. Interesting how the shares are available after the End of Q1. That also should be a red flag. You probably won't know the damage until they report Q2 in July.
