ARYC's defense is Iconic didn't explain to them that they are signing a legally binding contract and that ARYC actually was liable for the money they got and the terms of the deal. Further ARYC's defense is that since Iconic did act within 2 hours of ARYC blatantly defaulting and screwing them, then Iconic was actually agreeing to forget everything and walk away losing $1 million and it was a gift to ARYC at that time.

This is the absolute insanity of Schena Happens and why they get sued and lose over and over. And they think these Specious insane claims help them but are in effect just lying to Courts over and over.

This is why they have attorneys quit on them, sue them and get liens and damage awards.

Over and over - this has been ARYC stunts for 0ver 10 years and they lose on every one.....

Then just wait until the IRS goes nose to nose with the frauds....
