LCLiving - sorry can't reply privately. I'm no lawyer so I can't really comment other than it appears to be a classic he said, she said type lawsuit. There are 10 allegations against the company. The response from Arrayit obviously goes through each of the ten charges but they can all be summed up with the below.

Defendant Arrayit Corporation (“Arrayit” or “Defendant”) answers plaintiff Iconic
Holdings, LLC’s ("Plaintiff" or “Iconic”) Complaint as follows:
Pursuant to the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure section 431.30, Defendant generally
and specifically denies each, every, and all of the allegations in the Complaint, including each and
every purported cause of action contained therein. Defendant further denies that Plaintiff has or
will sustain damages in an amount alleged or in any amount whatsoever.
