Oh but you stated previously that you were invested in two private companies that went through a traditional IPO.

So tell me:

1.) What happened to Commons?

2.) How were you invested in these "Private companies"?

3.) How does a Traditional IPO differ than a Reverse Merger? What makes a Reverse Merger a "scam"?
