I tried the Rose over the New Year's holiday.
I'm not a Prosecco / Champagne type drinker but wanted to try it out since I have invested in ICNB. The taste was good and my wife liked it since it didn't give her a headache like Champagne would.

I brought the Rose again last night and will have it for Valentines day since it tasted good. I did notice the liquor store now has all 3 types of bottles on the shelf when the week prior they didn't have any here in my town, South Shore of Boston. I told them the story about Bellissima and had only planned to buy a couple bottles and now they have all 3 products. I may try the Brut sometime later.
