Why at this point would anybody call the TA? better yet, why would anybody believe what is verbally said to them at this point?

This is the same TA that has been telling every caller that there has been no dilution and will be no dilution....the same TA who said no shares have been issued to any third parties..

Yet, in the filing, imo, it shows the TA was not being truthful, imo. The filing states certain investors were given 20 mil shares THIS MONTH...Um, why did TA say no shares have been issued...no dilution has or will occur, no third parties have been given shares.....yet the admission 20mil shares were given to investors this month, clearly shows, 'third parties HAVE received shares'......Why would TA hide this fact, VERBALLY...now I KNOW why he wouldnt put much of the stuff I asked for in writing...it wasnt true, hence he'll say it but not write it...Doesnt the filing clearly state they will rely on certain types of funding to continue with operations and then they listed the ways they would try to raise cash? yes..and the ways they are going to raise capital is called toxic financing..or dilution.....yet the TA just said within the past 2 weeks that they were doing awesome, no dilution has occurred and none will and they have enough cash flow from macro to ensure no capital will be needed and no dilution will occur...

The filing clearly shows the full truth was not being given and admitt it...many of you have called...tiger kept pestering me to call the TA saying if I would just call him, he would prove as fact how great everything is....I responded very simply..I have spoken to him and I did not believe him, so no need to talk to him again...but the fact is, many longs admitt to calling the TA and every one has said the TA said awesome things.....and now you see the filing, see he was not being 100% truthful on several issues, but you want to call him for more answers??

I dont know about most of you, but once somebody lies to me, I simply have no desire to believe anything they say...and lets be realistic here....I have been lied to by more CEO's TA's and IR people then I can count, as I am sure most have, if they play the pennys.....I see nothing different with PAVC, then I have seen with countless stocks...They say what they want on the phone, but what they say, is normaly not the truth....

all in my opinion, but I think the filing shows the many people that have been told certain things on the phone, were not told the 100% truth, imo.

Why call if you can't trust what they say?

At this point, as I said in my previous post, all the talk is moot at this point...the pumping, bashing, means nothing.....The company will do it's talking via it's actions/execution.....their execution/actions are all I will beleive at this point, whether good or bad...good luck to all.....
