2-73 has independent MOA, but if the synergy with Donepezil is better, why knock it?
Anavex-2-73 has already shown - not "potential" - that it is capable of reversing memory loss and othe Alzheimer's symptoms. This was in P2A and not just in preclinical. Their P2A was continued for two years by the Australian government.
We still don't have enough clinical experience of Bryostatin's version of IGF to know that it is safe long term.
