That sounds about right. Figure tac on a few extra M for good measure. If they cut a deal, I don't think it will be too marginal, given how wide the debt/total asset value is. I would say 225-250. Also remember the new fiber tower made some acquisitions, so I'm not sure how that will play into valuation IF the deal is for the whole kitten kabottal.
