Obviously the bankruptcy should be dismissed; Bronson and Dawn are lying their heads off. What they're up to should be pretty clear to any experienced BK judge. Dawn the stay-at-home mom is taking a bit of a risk for her husband, though, by committing perjury. And I wonder if she'll soon turn up as a relief defendant in the SEC case.

Maranda Fritz's declaration is interesting. At one point she notes that Alpine had "essentially shut down" Macallan. I assume that was collateral damage from the CRGP mess. COR froze the accounts of its clients Nobilis and Beaufort; I imagine Alpine would have done the same to Macallan's account with them. And I wonder exactly what Bronson's link to Beaufort is. One of the "insider" CRGP posters insisted that Carlos Salas was colluding with Robert Marino, the head of Beaufort, but I've never seen any evidence of that, or even been able to imagine how it would have worked.

Bronson would be a good subject for American Greed.
