BioS,
my really only point was that I personally believe Malik is a good guy, LP is a good guy, NW is a bad guy, Cenkos is a bad guy and Invesco is a bad guy. And as an aside Malik was the key that got NW to invest in NWBO, Malik was just getting financing for NWBO , he had no clue what was to occur afterwards and now that he understands all the players he continues to be involved with NWBO as a director and sues Cenkos for what has to be bad conduct of a securities/finance/funding/broker company or whatever hat they appear to wear, what else is new.
And one other thing I was also trying to point out that maybe PhaseV was a shill formed to aid someone take certain steps against NWBO that would not otherwise be kosher. NW knew of everything PhaseV red before PhaseV pred it. And yet it appeared that the phase pr educated NW about what could have been wrong with the company to make it appear that NW had beens schooled and need to do something. If NW knew about everything way before why would he then need to do anything like being a shareholder activist unless that was his original plan from he get go, similar to a Trojan Horse i.e. take over the company or make them to what he thought they should do. And why didn't he insist on being on the board from the get go with such a large investment to protect it? He wouldn't just forget about that now would he? Why invest in such a risky company where in their sec filings all the warning are made public which thru simple DD one can clearly see the risks besides all the other risky things that were constantly being written publicly about them via Steve Giordano and AF & Co. Something doesn't make sense. Just based on all those negative articles one would think NW would have stayed away big time.
Except NW had a secret weapon in the good Dr Malik and once things didn't go NW's way they had no use for the good Dr anymore.
This is all my opinion, just trying to make sense of the timeline and all what transpired. Anyone can ask for an investigation to look like one is interested in shareholder rights but that doesn't mean he truly is interested in shareholder rights. Investigations sometimes never happen or are so delayed as to be rendered meaningless. Sometimes just the threat is enough and sometimes not. If NW wasn't behind PhaseV, then maybe he used the article for his own purposes but either way he used it even though he had to be familiar with all of the content before he invested a penny, that is my main point.
