Why do you think they are being restated? Don't you see there's a concerted effort to clean this thing up? Do you think they are stupid enough to play with the SEC as if they are a puppet?

This filing is stating there was a mistake and we are correcting it.

That's the responsible thing to do. But yet you paint them as being irresponsible.
