The statute in my state mentions a bond and court supervision of the custodianship. But it looks like anyone, not just a shareholder or creditor, can trigger the process. I'd like to think that our generally conscientious local judges would ask questions about plans and about the people behind the request, and require court supervision. We're not Nevada!

I'll do some more checking.
