Danny- "outdated" was your word and your pretext for dismissing the valid and serious criticisms by these constituencies.
I merely pointed out that for each person or group, he/they have acted recently at their latest opportunities, repeatedly, and all the criticisms are still valid. More specifically:
* Voting Shareholders - voted against BoD positions for each of most recent 3 ASMs. You can't get more timely than this.
* TC, analyst - voiced significant disagreements with BoD and lack of alignment with shareholders this month! And his Sept. 2003 criticisms of HC are still valid today and you have not even attempted to refute his comments on the merits.
* Heartland Fund, largest institutional investor, publicly criticised BoD and especially Chm for each of the last 2 most recent ASMs. Again, timely, recently, and repeatedly.
* ISS in depth compensation analysis was done at the last request for an increase that was put to a shareholder vote, which is the trigger, so it is "recent" in that respect. I note that management has greatly increased the compensation system since then WITHOUT shareholder review and approval.
I do agree with you to let the readers decide for themselves the timeliness and importance of these events. Just because you choose to dismiss these extraordinary and profoundly significant events, especially taken together, as "outdated" does not mean anyone else will.
