Who knows, maybe next generation product will be able to dial up different wave length.
With different treatment applications a laser might need different power strength and time cycle per pulse for the wave length used.
These look like preset devises.

The FDA is very specific in how a devise is used for a particular 510k.
If the red turned out to cute menopause, Docs can use it, but won't get reimbursement with out a new 510k. Insurance companies use the narrow 510k as their ace in the hole not to pay.
I'd pay under the table cash for that fix.
