Corp .. I must have really touched a nerve LOL. You forgot to close with "MO" that provides you with the license to say all kinds of outlandish things without being called on the carpet for a TOS violation or, in the extreme, slander and libel.

My straight up answer is that the opinions you quote are outdated. Tom Carpenter (an analyst not some analysts) will be collecting social security before you stop using his now two or three year-old observation on HC's compensation. What has Tom said lately on the issue .. lately being since WM took over the helm? What have the other analysts said on the compensation issue during the same period? Likewise, what have the other sources you point to opinied on executive compensation plans in the WM era?

There is my straight up answer. Try to respond in kind no matter how difficult that may be for a FUD master like you.
