Absolutely. However, it is equally important to recognize when diminishing returns have set in and one needs to stop tilting before you fall over. I believe that the point of diminishing returns in this regard concerning IDCC executive compensation has long since past. You and others don't. No big deal (except for Corp who I'm convinced is using the issue to further a personal agenda at our expense.) It is after all just a difference of opinion.

I don't believe that investors tilting at windmills regarding excessive executive compensation at all companies in Corporate America should stop because by no means has diminishing returns set in as of yet. Quite the contrary, some good progress continues to be made. But to expect IDCC to act unilaterally with respect to such reforms is non-sensical to me. Again, just my opinion.
