DANNY- you are not man enough to give an apology when it is clearly due and retract a baseless accusation for which you offer NO supporting facts, other than your baseless opinion.

I note that you are also silent on this related logical question:

Do you believe that some analysts (e.g. Tom Carpenter), institutional investors (e.g. Heartland Fund), an independent institutional advisory firm (e.g. ISS), and an international HR and Financial management firm (e.g. Watson Wyatt) all share an AGENDA for IDCC to (a) undermine management, (b) destroy shareholder value, and (c) steal the company away at an improper low price from the "true" loyal longs on this board including yourself?

Please, give us a straight up answer to the "agenda" question as it pertains to the above folks, all of which are in the business of buying and selling companies or advising those who do.
