I give you one example of corp FUD. He made a serious charge that management was designing the license agreement to improve the cash flow at the expense of the shareholders. First of all, improving the cash flow benefits the shareholders. When he was challenge to offer proof, he couldn't because there is none. How can anybody defend someone who makes such a charge and offers no proof once he makes that accusation?
