That thing about under paid, I don't see any of the BOD are Executives underpaid by any stretch of the imagination. The guys that work for IDCC back when they didn't know if their check will bounce have been fully rewarded for sticking it out. That time is long gone. Now lets turn off the faucet before they flood themselves with undeserved riches. If IDCC has what it has presented to have there want be any guys heading for the door anytime soon even if you put a gun to their head. So as for as the business about guys leaving for greener pastures that is nonsense unless IDCC has a bunch of hocus pocus. If they have what they say they have management and the BOD will strike it rich in the 8 figure category easily and possibly the 9 digit category even if they cut the stock grants in half. If you have a 100 ct diamond in the vault waiting to be polish you not going to abandon the diamond for a gold mine that has already peaked. I profess management and the BOD know what IDCC value is and the would not abandon it if you only gave them 1000 shares a piece for each year of service.
