Hello, Green Spirit. I re read your post.. I guess it could not be totally outa the question that the float gets established at a little later date..

However something just tells me when the Auditing firms started to look at the books, and saw the current float being owned by Sluja Brothers. They advised Sulja Brothers to release shares now.. That way some time down the road they can not be accused of playing with a stacked deck.

Establish the float.. Release the right news, Then Wessal starts buying. These events will just about let PPS takes care of itself..

Thats my theory and my opinion of how this could possibly unfold over the next few weeks.. MOO FFB-Fish
