Hello, Green spirit. Your missing the Main Point.. I am almost 100% certain that SEC Rules requires that there MUST be a Public Float. Period.. The SEC will not allow a Nasdaq listing if the public can not buy shares..

There has to be shares available in the float.Once the float is established.. Then Wessal buying and a dividend will be more than enough to get shorts to cover at much higher prices..
