Sorry Cheynew, management wants this split. They are glad to have it. It has no effect on them at all. Their claims to want to avoid it are lies, plain and simple. If they really were attempting to avoid the second rs they would do something.

They could make a showing of eliminating or reducing their salaries to cut expenses. Wouldn't do much but would show an attempt and maybe some recognition of fault.

They could take just one year's salary that they received over the past fifteen years while leading the pps on a 95%+ decline and buy a million shares each on the open market. This might actually help the pps.

They could put somebody on the board that is not affiliated with them and is not a penny stock hustler like they are. Somebody with biotech experience and initials after their name.

The combination of these three would have a chance of getting the pps over a dollar, depending on the board member.

No chance they will do any of these. This rs is going to set the three criminals up for the rest of their lives. They will do nothing to get in the way of that.

If anyone can come up with one logical reason why this bod would not want a reverse split, I would be interested in hearing it. It's not like another reverse split is going to damage their reputation, that ship sailed a long, long time ago.
