There are so many questions....why – with such credibility behind Bavi as MSK/Jedd Wolchok confirming immune system stimulation and the need to further study in humans, NCCN trial participation, Birge, etc – why have they not been able to partner? Or why have they been UNWILLING to partner after they have shown repeatedly that they cannot successfully complete trials on their own? Instead, they are walking the shareholders down the aisle to yet another reverse split. I can tell you from experience that the last one did not end well, and this one will be no different for the EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS. King and the BOD must have had other choices and opportunities and could have avoided this. They should be on notice that if the reverse split goes through, there will be investigations into what those opportunities were and why they weren't finalized.
