the patent has been around for a long time.. it hasn't made any noticeable difference. The reason why people will dump under .18 if possible is simple. Historically, thats when many millions of stock is dumped by the insiders, usually after a PR and promo.
This time around, many who hold stock have learned that lesson. So far I know of about 2,000,000 shares that will join the insiders next time they run it up.
