The following is taken directly from the CoroWare Inc. website so you be the judge as to what will happen. I for one, am glad that the shareholders are mentioned. I am cautiously watching how this plays out.

Founded in 2003, CoroWare is in the process of reorganization, and will be announcing a new strategic direction that will benefit shareholders.
