Why would such a filing exist?......LMAO

Show me an SEC filing that says Christie Brinkley is NOT connected to $ICNB...

Trying to tie Ms. Brinkley to ICNB is a bit of a stretch. ICNB is tied to her brand, but there's no proof she's tied to ICNB. And, if/when we come to understand she doesn't own shares here, it becomes a credibility issue for all those making claims they can't back up.

For all she knows ICNB is a marketing firm, though she may know they are majority owners, which likely came from an agreement between United and ICNB via Richard. The company never said how they obtained controlling interest, or from who.

I doubt her advisers would suggest she sell a majority interest for shares of a PINKY that's delinquent.
