Only idiots would have shorted a stock while the company in the process of undertaking the activities and negotiations with investors. a few replies from company (including mentioned in pr's) already confirmed these.it could be done overnight but also in early 2017,like any complex transaction. usually, a few have no patience and sell on low volume, i'm going long here.

maybe you shorting? I warned a few potential IDXG's shorts when stock been trading at 10 cents, a few days later the stock hit 1.8.

The only unknown value is their 20 patents.PIOI in a process of monetization their 20 Patents too. http://www.p10industries.com/patent-licensing on a conservative estimation of only $1m per patent we have more $20m. Based On RELY's same deal the value is at least $5 per share. I think this stock heading to $5-$10 Mid-Long term.
