please don't revisit this idea that the
mysterious innovation is that fractal have been made digital
I never, ever said that!!.
I have always said;
TMMI HAS completed development of new and distinctive digital compression and
scaling technologies unrelated to the original fractal technology or
any subsequent applications of that code.
VDK 1-4 WAS undisputed and this case is now CLOSED!!.
If Larry Panik wants to open a new case, new courtroom
and a new judge, then let him....
This will not stop TMMI from rolling out the new technology IN 2017,
as it is UNRELATED to the original fractal technology!!.
And like I have already pointed out,
if Larry Panik wants to proceed down that rabbit hole,
then he should go for it....
But one needs to wonder, where's the real plan for DIM....
Waiting on CloudNcode customers who might want to use fractal compression????.

Both TMMI and DIM need to go their separate ways,
looks like TMMI is and DIM from what I am reading,
they want to try and hold TMMI up in the courts!!.
All I can say and will continue to say GOOD LUCK with that,
trying to tie TMMI up in courts for 4 more years....
DIM investors should get wise about where their monies are really going!!.
If we go back to court, okay, but TMMI will roll out the new technology
and
DIM will continue to roll into court....
