For the love of God, please don't revisit this idea that the mysterious innovation is that fractal has been made digital. There's enough word salad to feed an army as it is.

For what's it worth, I think there is value in the 'fractal' code in both manifestations (VDK 1 series and VDK 2 series) and this is why there is a dispute over them.
